In case if you want Quota corrections to be made available in the PA71 transaction there are some dependencies such as check for whether the module pool program is available for the 2013 screen.
If it doesn't exist the same needs to be created so that you can make use of the same in the two tables T588R and T588Q. I checked the standard tables i couldn't find any module program available for 2013 fast entry screen.
This is approach but bit complex too...Other way around you can go ahead with LSMW as suggested by mohan or BDC to upload the data into 2013 infotype.
