NWDS migrated SP01 to SP09 - Error Repository access - SetContentCommand

Hi,

We have downloaded the latest version of NWDS SP09 and migrated Visual Composer model from old workspace to new workspace, we have followed  below steps :

1. Extracted NWDS SP09 and created new workspace.

2. Setup all the preferences like -> SLD,SAP AS JAVA.

3. Copied the DC folder from old workspace to new workspace.

4. In new NWDS -> Sync Inactive sources,

5. Now we can check-out few VC models to perform changes and create a new activity, but we can't checkout few VC models, And we get below error :

If any-one faced this issue please help.
