Release strategy change In PO workflow.

Hi All,

I get a requirement to trigger workflow approval when line item is added without refrence PR,irrespective of net value decreased or increse.

But what i found is its working [i.e checking newly added line item and according to rule define in OOCU_RESP ], but the release strategy indicator  doesnt change.So i want to know how n wer this relesase strategy indicator is define?

Test Case:

If line item is deleted to already released PO of net value 10000,so that net value is now 7000, but as per my requirement since the new line item is without refrence PR so approval must trigger[ And its riggering also,( DEbug mode i cheked), i.e manager level number is fetched ], But the release strategy indicator is not changing.

Please suggest.
