HI rajesh,
DI is using the user license which is an interactive license.
Bseides this, you have an IndirectLicense which is used by B1if for new customers since 2013 (if I'm not mistaken) and a DIS license which is specific to this component.
With your DI license you can connect to DIS, but it will start only if it has its specific license.
