Have you attribute data source for  IOBJ - 0FMD_TPACC, if yes then you may find easily at ECC side, RSA5, go to respective application tree exapnd , you may find there.

For attributes and text data source names like :

0FMD_TPACC_ATTR

0FMD_TPACC_TEXT

As my guess there is no attr/text data source for this IOBJ - 0FMD_TPACC.
