Based on your qualification, you could start up with SAP FICO. But if you choose any SAP module (including FICO) based on your experience, interest and the demand on market, you will have to work a lot to get into the field.
Module that you choose doesn't matter when you have more interest and passion to work hard.
Since your qualification will help you easily understand FICO concepts, yes you can opt for that.
I am not a FICO consultant, but have many friends who has chosen SAP FICO after their CA 
and shined in their profession.
You could also go to an SAP authorized training centres, talk to them regarding your experience and qualification and take a wise decision.
