We would like to create seperate quota records for each calendar year.
The reason the business is requesting this is because they want employees to be able to request vacation for February of next year without impacting their remaining vacation balance for the current year. For example: If employee ABCD has 0 hours of vacation remaining for the period of January 1-December 31, 2014 and submits a vacation request for February 1-7, 2015, the system should allow it. The business is does NOT want to allow negative vacation.
