Thanks for your feedback. I've solved it now.

Just pass the variable parameters (e.g. Xv_0FISCPER) by using the "&" sign. Hierarchy nodes have to be passed by using the syntax HIERARCHY_NODE/0HIER_NODE/99999999.

Example:

http://srt00000ax.xyz.com:51000/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.ip.bi.designstudio.nw.portal.ds?APPLICATION=Z_DSA_P_CPP_PCSCHEME&Xv_0FISCPER=2014001&Xv_ZRMPC2=HIERARCHY_NODE/0HIER_NODE/10000134

I've added the variable parameters to the "On Variable Initialization" event. Furthermore, I've assigned a default value to each parameter in order to get rid of the variable prompt.
