Thanks a lot for the reply.

I've check MKPF, but it looks the 5000125979 was the receiving done today, so shouldn't be the cause of it

However if it is regarding the 4900474201, this 'Goods Issue' was created by the system "SAP Scheduler" with VL02N, in conjunction to the delivery note of 80321063 as per screenshot.

I have no access to STAD, I might need to check with the SAP team on this.

But is there any other alternative to know why this 1 pcs was created unknowingly?
