Hi Jeff,
The APPROVALORG parameter was removed in BPC 10 as the functionality was moved to the "Edit Data Locking Settings" page (SAP KBA 1931938) used when setting up Work Status. As the error can occur if the hierarchy setting is incorrect, I recommend you go back to this setup page and confirm the setting is correct. You may even want to toggle the setting just in case it was not saved properly in the backend.
