"Error Component Loading error ": At the time of import License File

Dear All,

My client is working on given below config server.

SBO 8.82 PL 12

SQL Server  2008 R2

last few months customer was importing temporary license file in SAP B1 and it was working fine.

But do not know how today it shows SAP error "Error Component Loading error" even i have checked both option from SAP and Service Tools Manager.

I have checked all parameter i.e. Hardware Key,No of allot license and SBO version all are correct.

So guide and suggest me what should be best option to resolve it.
